Alpine lakes, a float down the Snake River, horseback and hiking around Jackson Hole, then west to Aspen or Vail for mountain biking, gondola-top dining, and hiking trails that start well above 3,000 metres.

Morning guided horseback ride through the valley. Afternoon free in downtown Jackson — galleries, the antler-arch town square, dinner at leisure.
- Day 4Fly to Aspen (ASE)
Morning flight to Aspen (seasonal direct, or via Denver). Private transfer to The Little Nell, at the base of Aspen Mountain. Evening at leisure.

Morning ride up the Silver Queen Gondola for lunch at altitude, followed by a guided hike near the summit. Afternoon free to explore Aspen's galleries and boutiques.

Guided mountain biking on Aspen's valley trails, or a hike to the base of the Maroon Bells for those who prefer two feet to two wheels. Farewell dinner in town.
