Corporate incentive travel to Africa,
run by South Africans.

AskAnt plans sales incentive trips, large group bookings and custom Africa travel packages for US companies — safari, Cape Town, Victoria Falls and the Indian Ocean. One brief, one point of contact, real pricing verified by the operators on the ground.

What we run

Incentive programmes, group bookings and bespoke corporate itineraries.

Sales incentive trips

Reward programmes built around a qualification period — tiered itineraries so top performers get the private-camp upgrade while the core group still gets a trip they will not forget.

Large group bookings

8 to 250 travellers. Lodge buyouts, multi-camp splits, conference-capable resorts, and a single manifest so nobody is chasing five different vendors.

Executive & board retreats

Small, senior, private. Winelands estates, Sabi Sands lodges and Cape Peninsula houses with meeting space, secure connectivity and discreet service.

Custom Africa travel packages

Bespoke itineraries built off real seasonal data — game densities, rainfall, permit caps — not brochure copy. Every quote comes back verified by a ground operator.

Corporate travel questions

What US companies ask us first

What is corporate incentive travel?
Corporate incentive travel is a trip a company awards to employees, sales teams or channel partners for hitting a target. Unlike a bonus, it is experiential and shared — which is why safari, Cape Town and Victoria Falls programmes are used as top-tier rewards. AskAnt plans and runs those programmes in Africa on behalf of US companies.
What size groups do you handle?
We handle groups from 8 to 250 travellers. Under about 30 people we can hold single-property buyouts (a private safari lodge or a Cape Town boutique hotel); above that we split across neighbouring camps or use conference-capable properties such as Sun City and the Cape Town waterfront hotels.
How far ahead should a US company book an African incentive trip?
Nine to twelve months for groups over 40, and six months minimum for smaller programmes. Peak safari season (June to October) and Cape Town's December to February window sell out first, and gorilla-trekking permits in Uganda are capped at 8 people per group per day, so those must be secured earliest.
Do you handle flights from the United States?
Yes. Most US groups route through Atlanta, New York JFK or Washington Dulles into Johannesburg or Cape Town, with regional charters onward to camps. We coordinate group air, internal charters, transfers, visas and travel insurance alongside the ground programme.
Why does incentive travel work better than cash bonuses?
A cash bonus is absorbed into a paycheque; a trip is talked about for years and is visible across the team, which is why it is used as a sales incentive. Africa raises that further — a Big Five safari or gorilla trek is a once-in-a-lifetime award most people would not book for themselves.
What does a corporate trip to Africa cost per person?
Our published set journeys run from about $2,400 per person for three nights at Victoria Falls to roughly $9,450 per person for a nine-day Botswana water circuit, excluding international flights. Group programmes are quoted per brief; volume of 20+ travellers usually unlocks lodge rates below the published leisure price.
