Ten days, Cape Town then Sabi Sands. Honeymoon, no more than two lodges in the bush.
Lovely brief. Four nights at Ellerman House with a chef's-table night at La Colombe, then charter to Singita Ebony for six — leopards are extraordinary May through September. Shall I draft a day-by-day?

Twelve worlds we know intimately.

Corporate & Incentive Travel

Sales incentive trips and large group bookings.

Roughly half our work is corporate: incentive programmes, board retreats and conference add-ons for companies in the US and Europe, from 8 travellers to 250.

Corporate incentive trips

Reward programmes tiered by performance — a Big Five safari for the core group, private-camp upgrades for the top qualifiers.

Large group bookings

Lodge buyouts, multi-camp splits and conference-capable resorts, run on one manifest with a single point of contact.

Custom Africa travel packages

Bespoke itineraries built off real season, rainfall and permit data — every quote verified by the ground operator before it reaches you.

How it works

Ant shapes it. A specialist locks it in.

AskAnt is the front door — Ant helps you decode destinations, compare lodges and shape a trip against real seasonal data. Every set package is then matched to a top specialist operator who quotes, verifies availability and handles the booking end-to-end. You get the intelligence up front and the human hands where they matter.

01

Ask Ant anything

Compare packages, pull seasonal insights, or brief a fully custom trip. No sign-up, no gate — just the answer.

02

Pick a set package or brief a custom one

Twenty-three set journeys stay exactly as published. Ant can build a custom trip around any of them (dates, party size, extras).

03

A specialist partner takes it from Ant

We match you to the top operator for that region — quote, verify, book. You never juggle vendors, and every price is real.

What people ask before they book

What is corporate incentive travel?
Corporate incentive travel is a trip a company awards to employees, sales teams or channel partners for hitting a target. AskAnt designs and runs those programmes in Africa — safari, Cape Town, Victoria Falls and the Indian Ocean — for companies based mainly in the United States.
Is AskAnt a South African company?
Yes. AskAnt is based in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, and works with US and international clients. Every itinerary is built by South African specialists and booked through operators on the ground, so pricing and availability are verified locally rather than resold.
How large a group can you book?
From 8 to 250 travellers. Groups under about 30 can take a single safari lodge or boutique hotel as a buyout; larger programmes split across neighbouring camps or use conference-capable properties such as Sun City and the Cape Town waterfront.
What does a luxury Africa trip cost per person?
Our 23 published set journeys run from about $2,400 per person for three nights at Victoria Falls to roughly $9,450 per person for a nine-day Botswana water circuit, excluding international flights. Corporate group rates are quoted against the brief.
Can Ant build a fully custom trip?
Yes. Ant, our AI travel concierge, can shape a custom Africa travel package around dates, party size, budget and pace, using real seasonal data. Set packages stay exactly as published; everything else is built to brief and then priced by a specialist partner.
